   1.Engineering and Technical Control

      1)  Provide technical support to the production bases.
      2)  Analyze and manage carefully the changes in the production engineering.
      3)  On line inspection of small quantity new product test production to make sure that they completely meet the designed               requirements. 
      4)  Confirm and track the performance of new materials to decrease continuously the cost.
      5)  Have established a perfect document control system to satisfy the production and support the documentation of other                department.

      1)  SQE engineers evaluate comprehensively all suppliers.
      2)  IQC engineers do the incoming material inspections with burn-in test for some important materials.
      3)  OQC engineers strictly control the quality of finished products. QC team also do temperature shock test, salt spray test, static             electricity  test,  long-time  folding  test,  long-time  communication test  to  avoid  any  risk  . Consumers  are  assured  to use            Jinpeng products.
