In 2006, Wingtech Group was incorporated in Hong Kong.
In March 2006, the main boards of the first style of Wingtech cell phones were put into production.
In July 2006, the main board of the millionth cell phone of Wingtech Group was off production line.

2007 Y
In May 2007, Zhejiang Communication Industry (Jiaxing) Base and Wingtech Cell Phone Industrialization Base laid the foundation.
In May 2007, Wingtech Group and Spread Trum entered into 3G Industrialization Joint Laboratory Agreement, greatly promoting the development of 3G industry of China.
In November 2007, Wingtech Group joined TD-SCDMA industry alliance, focusing on development and application of TD technique.
In December 2007, Wingtech Group sold 20 million sets of cell phones in total.

2008 Y
In January 2008, Wingtech Group initiated Jiaxing Communication Industry Association.
In April 2008, Wingtech Group held the “2008 International Cell Phone Supply Chain Executive Summit”.
In April 2008, Wingtech Group topped list of the “IDH Rankings of Top Ten China Cell Phone 2007”.
In April 2008, Wingtech and Indian famous cell phone company-FRIWO decided to establish a mobile terminal product showroom in New Delhi, and to create the new mode of cooperation between China and India.
 In May 2008, Wingtech and Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly established the “Joint Lab for Cell Phone Acoustics”.
In May 2008, Wingtech, without delay, dispatched and donated over RMB 500,000 to the earthquake-stricken areas.
In November 2008, Wingtech donated RMB 10 million to set up the Wingtech Charity Fund for helping the poor.
In November 2008, Wingtech held the “Wireless Communication New Tech Summit”.
In November 2008, the inauguration ceremony of Zhejiang Communication Industry (Jiaxing) Base and the commissioning ceremony of Wingtech Cell Phone Industrialization Base were held.

2009 Y
In March 2009, Wingtech and China Telecommunication Technology Labs entered into the cooperative agreement to establish the strategic cooperative relationship, to standardize the industrial competition of China cell phone, and to enhance the quality of wireless communication products of China.
